An employer is looking to add an AWS GovCloud Engineer to their team. This person will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and managing secure AWS GovCloud environments, ensuring all solutions are CMMC Level 2 compliant and meet federal security standards. They will design and deploy AWS GovCloud infrastructure using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring CMMC L2 controls, manage AWS GovCloud services (IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudTrail, GuardDuty) with a focus on compliance, and automate provisioning and enforce security, compliance, and governance policies per CMMC L2. They will collaborate with teams for secure application deployment and platform scalability, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues and optimize for performance and compliance. This person will be responsible for providing architectural guidance for secure, scalable, and resilient AWS GovCloud solutions, and designing and implementing secure networking, high availability, and disaster recovery for government workloads.
