Advise customers on the deployment architecture and best practices for our products.
Deploy and configure our solutions in customer data centers or cloud environments.
Develop and configure use cases to meet user's needs.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Support the sales team by conducting technical sales demos and answering technical inquiries during sales.
Serve as the interface between users and our product engineering teams. This is an excellent role to gain experience and insight into the cybersecurity industry.
Guide junior application engineers on technical matters.
