We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Management Trainee to support our multidisciplinary team across IT, administrative operations, and travel & event management.

In this role, you will work closely with internal departments and external vendors, assist with operational planning, and contribute to key reporting and coordination processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment and develop their communication, organizational, and project management skills. Candidates who are currently studying at a university without mandatory attendance are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a communication bridge between internal departments and vendors
  • Supporting daily administrative processes and operational workflows
  • Assisting in the preparation, consolidation, and follow-up of regular reports
  • Taking an active role in planning and coordinating travel and event–related tasks
  • Supporting IT and administrative teams with documentation and process updates
  • Helping ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects and follow-ups
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve efficiency

Requirements

  • Currently studying at a university (no mandatory class attendance preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and open to feedback
  • Highly organized with good time-management abilities
  • Comfortable interacting with various stakeholders (internal teams & vendors)
  • Basic knowledge of administrative workflows or reporting is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to grow within the role
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week
