Client Services Lab Representative Call Center

Inova Central Lab is looking for a dedicated Client Services Lab Representative Call Center. This role is PRN- as needed Monday to Friday and weekends.

Client Services Lab Representative Call Center Job Responsibilities:

  • The Client Services Laboratory Call Center Representative provides quality customer service and technical phone support.
  • Maintains positive client relationship through timely, courteous, accurate, and efficient handling of calls.
  • Provides technical support to ensure quality of specimens for laboratory testing. Provides requested information to clients.
  • Coordinates and dispatches courier services as needed.
  • Ensures stat specimens are delivered to the lab timely.
  • Participates in professional growth opportunities to enhance personal, team and department development.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of regulatory standards while satisfying compliance requirements.
  • May perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent, required upon start.
  • Experience: 1 year of related experience.
