This role offers the opportunity to contribute to marketing operations in an international company while developing hands-on experience.

PolyWorks Shanghai is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support its digital communications, events, and marketing operations.

Here are the main responsibilities you will carry out as a Marketing Assistant:

• Assist in managing social media platforms, including formatting layouts, scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and responding to feedback or inquiries
• Write basic social media content and support the development of visual assets
• Update PWS website pages following approved layout guidelines and assist in creating landing pages and user flows under supervision
• Draft routine email content, perform formatting edits, and schedule email releases to ensure timely communication
• Assist with the execution of online and offline events, including simple video editing, basic image editing, material preparation, logistics, and on-site coordination
• Support the production of printed materials, annual calendars, and customized promotional items
• Manage supplier communication, including qualification, quotations, production follow-up, quantity checks, delivery coordination, and inventory management.

Here are the qualifications you need:

• Hold professional training in office administration and/or communications or another relevant field
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality work
• Strong team player who enjoys collaborating with others
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Two years of experience in the communications or marketing department (an asset)
• Strong customer service orientation
