The Role

Innovapptive is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own and execute our event strategy as an integrated part of our overall marketing campaigns. We're seeking a creative, data-driven professional who can transform events from a standalone channel into a powerful engine for generating qualified opportunities and sales-ready leads.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Proven experience in a field marketing or event management role, preferably within a B2B software or SAAS company.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and a track record of executing successful multi-channel initiatives.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• A data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on marketing metrics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

How Will You Be Measured?

The success of this role will be measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate the impact of events on our sales pipeline. You'll be responsible for tracking and reporting on:
