Your tasks:
Receiving and resolving disturbances by phone, system, and data transmission using the existing database system; timely and precise problem recording for most products (Level 2 training record)
Forwarding clearly defined and structured problem descriptions, taking into account the customer and technician view, for further troubleshooting to the service organization
Assigning necessary technician assignments via the system to the regional customer service
Independently coordinating service technicians on call outside of business hours
Optimizing the problem resolution rate through immediate access to motor data and alarms (MyPlant)
Supporting the service center, project management, offer team, application, and technology by providing feedback from service technicians, partners, third-party companies, and customers
Participating in the proactive monitoring of specific plants (MyPlant)
Regularly collecting and evaluating data on problems that occur
Analyzing errors in the control software and making necessary changes to resolve them
Participating in shift and on-call duty
Independently identifying training needs to ensure an up-to-date knowledge of products, systems, and processes
Carrying out field activities (at least four times a year) to ensure practical proximity
Ensuring compliance with EHS and compliance guidelines
Your profile:
Completed training in the electrical engineering field (e.g., apprenticeship, HTL)
Several years of experience in the commissioning of combustion engines and/or control software
Practical experience with Jenbacher gas engines is advantageous; ideally, complete training record for Jenbacher products (Level 2 certified)
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability with clear prioritization in the customer's interest
Ability to convey technical relationships clearly and transparently
Proactive and solution-oriented collaboration with relevant departments
Very good communication and teamwork skills and customer orientation
Flexibility to take on additional tasks in technical support
Very good IT skills (ERP systems, databases, MS Office)
Willingness to travel for business trips (approx. 30%)
Very good German and English language skills
