The main duties of the position include:
Performing repair and assembly work
Maintaining, repairing, and replacing defective electrical and electronic operating equipment based on fault reports with possible error and fault causes
Procurement of spare parts or arranging parts procurement
Performing maintenance and maintenance work according to existing maintenance plans
Re-locating generators on-site
Performing routine maintenance according to the manufacturer's specifications regarding insulation and resistance measurements of generator windings
Troubleshooting our systems
Troubleshooting generators, replacing voltage and power factor regulators and commissioning them, knowledge of analog and digital regulators
International commissioning
Restarting repaired systems, adjusting machine controls, correcting processing programs, conducting test runs, and creating corresponding documentation
Qualifications, requirements, and experience:
Specialized electrical technical training (preferably electrician/electronics technician for machinery and drive systems)
Prior experience in generator technology is desirable
Independent work in the field
Good communication skills
Customer-oriented behavior
Driver's license class B
International travel readiness
Good German and English language skills
