As part of the Digital Service Tools team you significantly influence the digital transformation of INNIO's Global Service Organization (GSE), ensuring that digital tools are effectively leveraged to enhance service delivery and operational excellence. As a project manager, service requirements are linked to digital enablers, role-out of new features are supported and feedback is adequately communicated. Reporting of progress and timely execution of tasks are key. You will closely collaborate with INNIO's Digital team and Digital Product Owners, commercial teams, field service, and tech support to ensure a seamless integration and communication across digital initiatives.
