Your tasks:

  • Analysis and optimization of existing production processes as well as planning and introduction of new manufacturing technologies and procedures
  • Creation and ongoing update of manufacturing part lists and work plans including lead time determination
  • Consulting development and design for manufacturing-friendly product design
  • Working with process metrics and constantly improving quality standards as well as analyzing tool costs, auxiliary materials, and operating means
  • Design and procurement of fixtures as well as planning and implementation of investment projects with a focus on process automation and material flow
  • Collaboration with INNIO manufacturing sites worldwide as well as with external companies such as tool manufacturers, machine suppliers, and design offices
  • Creative participation in Lean Six Sigma projects
  • Consideration of the quality aspect in all tasks

What you bring to the table:

  • Successfully completed technical vocational training, ideally with further qualification such as master's examination, HTL, or university of applied sciences
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of industrial production planning and mechanical processing
  • Good CAD and MS-Office skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably ORACLE) and preferably with BI reporting
  • Very good project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with material flow analysis as well as reading and interpreting design drawings
  • Independent, proactive, and structured working style coupled with a high sense of quality
  • Cross-departmental thinking, flexibility, and commitment
  • Fluent German and English skills in speech and writing
  • Flexibility regarding the workplace Jenbach & Hall as well as travel readiness to the USA
