Jenbacher Gas Engines GMBH, part of the INNIO group, produces gas engines, generator sets, combined heat and power units and accessories for on-site energy generation in the factory in Jenbach (Tyrol-Austria). Each contributes to more efficient, cheaper and sustainable energy generation on site. The power range of our engines ranges from 330 kW to 10,000 kW, and this on various fuels, including natural gas, but also biogas, blast furnace gas, mine gas, water purification gas, hydrogen and industrial waste gases. The installations are mostly supported by our service department throughout their entire life cycle, both with remote monitoring and fault analysis, as well as on-site support.
As a Service Technician for Jenbacher, you are the face of our company at the customer, and you carry out all work on Jenbacher generator sets (stationary), and this in an enthusiastic team of colleagues, ranging from small maintenance jobs (oil and filter changes, valve setting, and performing control measurements) to major overhauls, and in case of malfunctions, detecting and solving the problems.
The working area of Jenbacher International BV is divided into regions. The region of employment will be particularly South Netherlands and Belgium. Together with 14 other Belgian colleagues, you will leave from home to our customers, and on average there is once a month in the region a meeting with all your colleagues and your manager to discuss technical matters, for example. We are looking for someone who lives in the region around Lokeren, Kontich or Bocholt.
After an induction period, you can independently or in team perform maintenance and overhauls on Jenbacher engines. You work on average once every six to eight weeks in a breakdown service to detect and solve malfunctions outside of office hours. We provide you with a laptop, mobile phone and a well-equipped company car with the necessary tools and spare parts. Our customer base mainly consists of horticulture companies, waste processing companies, city heating and energy companies.

The gross annual base salary, depending on age and experience, is between Euro 39,960.14 and Euro 57,629.49. In addition, employees have the opportunity to attend training courses, which can be external but also in our training center in the factory in Austria.
