Responsibilities:

Development, coordination, and scheduling of adjustments and improvements for the software applications used in technical documentation (CMS, DMS, Across, Congree, etc.).

Implementation and continuous improvement of processes and workflows for efficient collaboration between internal and external stakeholders in the documentation area.

Conception and implementation of target group-oriented adaptations of complex technical content using current Innio software applications.

Development, maintenance, and integration of CMS/CDS/Across/Congree contents in other Innio software applications as well as ensuring the interface function to other areas.

Active cooperation with development teams, project management, suppliers, and customers for the optimal implementation of improvements in the used systems.

Control of deadlines, resources, and costs in the area of the supported software applications as well as responsibility for compliance with quality standards.

Profile:

Completed technical studies (at least Bachelor’s degree).

Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in the field of content management systems and content delivery systems.

In-depth knowledge in the field of computer-aided document management (CMS/CDS).

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, XML, SQL, and process development.

Familiarity with relevant standards and legal requirements for technical documentation (e.g., VGB, DIN, ISO, MRL).

Very good German and English skills in speech and writing.

Organizational and planning skills, high commitment, openness to new technologies, and sense of responsibility.

Experience with Innio Jenbacher product documentation is an advantage.
