HR Business Partner

We're on the lookout for an energetic and people-driven HR Business Partner to join a growing international logistics company based in Katowice. In this role, you'll connect with leaders across Europe, help shape the workplace culture, and bring smart, people-first ideas to life in a team that values collaboration and innovation.

How you'll make an impact:

1. Partner closely with business leaders across the region to align HR strategies with business goals.
2. Design and implement organizational structures that support local and global demands.
3. Drive employee experience initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders Champion company culture and ensure alignment with values across all HR touchpoints.
4. Lead talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability programs.
5. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
6. Support and coach managers on employee relations and performance topics.
7. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global standards.
8. Manage HR projects and continuous improvement efforts across locations

Does this sound like you?

• 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in multinational environments.
• Track record as an HRBP in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience overseeing teams or operations across multiple countries.
• Strong background in organizational design, talent management, and HR project leadership.
• Comfortable navigating permanent employment and contractor/outsourcing models.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, change enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
• Hands-on, proactive approach with excellent communication and advisory skills.
