Purpose of the Role

To be the point of connection between the business lines of whole round fish, precooked loins, and finished goods, leading the operational structure for LATAM and supporting the strategic decision-making of the region. The role combines strategic vision and operational excellence, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth.

Main Challenges

• Coordinate and optimize commercial operations in the discharge ports of LATAM.
• Supervise the logistical, contractual, and documentary processes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the EMEA and WESPAC areas to strengthen global trading operations.
• Lead and develop operations teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive efficiency, sustainability, and regional profitability initiatives.
• Represent the company before authorities and key stakeholders in Ecuador and Panama.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in commercial leadership positions, logistics operations, and international trading.
• University degree in Business, International Trade, or related fields (postgraduate or higher degree desirable).
• Experience in the fishing or food industry, especially with operations in LATAM.
• Advanced handling of tools like Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, MS Teams, Smartsheet, Excel, and Outlook.
• Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Availability to travel internationally.
