They're now looking for an Architect or Architect–Engineer to join their team and support projects from concept through execution, including close coordination with clients and supervision on-site.

What The Role Involves

• Leading architectural design processes from initial concept to construction documentation
• Providing on-site author supervision during construction
• Coordinating with other disciplines and handling formal documentation scopes
• Interfacing with clients and participating in alignment meetings
• Executing tasks in a structured, technically sound manner — the focus is more on logic and precision than on creative experimentation
• Collaborating with a tight-knit project team and embracing the firm's standards and methodology
• Gradually increasing responsibility based on experience and adaptation speed

What They're Looking For

• Background in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Ideally 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Good command of CAD and basic Revit skills — additional training will be provided
• Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
• Clear communication style and collaborative mindset
• Sense of responsibility, curiosity, and openness to feedback and new perspectives
• Soft skills for client interaction and coordination

Bonus Points For

• Knowledge of building law and administrative procedures
• Driving license
• Advanced Revit skills (a strong asset)

Conditions & Work Environment

• Type of contract: Employment contract (UoP) — required
• Work model: Primarily on-site with option for 1 hybrid day per week
