As a Manager Admin Services & Security, you will manage, develop, implement and evaluate plant-wide security and risk management program, as well as the Administration strategy to ensure security of the facilities, employees, visitors and assets on the plant. They will strengthen relationships with civil & law enforcing agencies, internal & external stakeholders, which includes professional media.
This role reports to Plant Manager and oversees team of Administration and Security.
Corporate Security – Responsible for maintaining a robust security framework at Rakh Canal Plant and SRMG & MAG maize warehouses by continuously evaluating risks and enhancing controls to safeguard employees, visitors, and assets. Leads the maize warehouse operations in full compliance with the Site Security Manual, ensuring effective manpower management during seasonal and off-season periods. Implements site security and administrative protocols, conducts regular risk assessments, and prepares for worst-case scenarios. Oversee daily CCTV footage reviews to identify vulnerabilities and report incidents. Coordinates arms registration and annual licensing and arranges comprehensive training for security personnel across all three sites. Provides leadership and advisory support on security and public relations committees.
Stakeholder Management & Engagement – Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to proactively address security concerns and manage crisis situations. Works closely with Plant Management to implement action plans and supports the Leadership Team in embedding the Company's Vision, Mission, and corporate policies across the site. Coordinates with the EHS department to ensure employee safety and compliance with corporate EHS standards.
Risk Identification – Identify risks and analyze data received from both external and internal sources and advise management on risk mitigation plan. Lead investigation of security breaches and advise appropriate actions in coordination with Legal team. Also ensure maintenance of all security-related equipment installed in assigned locations.
Technology Upgrade – Oversee and provide direction for major security related projects and physical security technologies including but not limited to; various keys access systems, alarm systems, video surveillance systems (CCTV) and various other security related systems.
Trainings – Develop and implements a security training policy and ensure appropriate steps are taken to ensure security compliance. Provides frequent communications to the Management concerning security.
Organization Effectiveness – Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending administrative policies and procedures to meet agreed business targets. Continuously seeking to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of core admin processes and security measures. Executing CSR activities for the company that facilitate the achievement of business objectives and enhance the image of the company in the local community surrounding the plant.
Administration – Maintaining working relationships with various Governmental Departments, Civil Administration and statutory bodies to ensure smooth functioning and necessary compliance with all applicable laws. Monitoring security function of the plant while safeguarding personnel and the plant. Overseeing administration and facilities management (office administration, transport, reception, telephone exchange, gate office, weighbridge, dispatch, sanitation, gardening, dispensary, fair price shop, canteen etc.) at the plant. Assure canteen operation to be run with optimized cost within team resource. Run all unionized staff workers and 3rd party workers grievance management system amicably as per labor laws requirements.
What Will You Bring ?
Bachelor's degree in administration or MBA
Relevant work experience at a manufacturing facility.
Proven Admin & Security leadership experience with a strong background in Industrial Relations.
English fluency, both written and spoken
