Ingredion is looking for a proactive and collaborative Customer Service Intern to join our LATAM operations team. In this role, you'll support internal and external customers, contribute to process improvements, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.
As a Customer Service Intern, you will support exceptional customer experiences through order management, problem resolution, and process improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and use your analytical skills to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
This role reports to the Customer Service Manager and works closely with operational teams across LATAM.
