Job Description:
Do you want to work with the largest system integrators in Germany and thrive when you take on responsibility? In this role you will take care of strategic top customers in the multichannel distribution – with a focus on long-term partnerships rather than short-term deals. You analyze, manage and convince – and together with the outside sales team you will take the business to the next level. Sounds like a lot of responsibility? It is – but with the right mindset it's exactly what you're looking for.
Your Daily Business:
- You will take over the inside service of our top-tier multichannel customers – the largest system integrators in Germany – and work closely with the outside sales team
- You will analyze customer portfolios and identify potentials for increasing sales and profitability
- You will process complex inquiries, tenders and projects – including pricing, manufacturer approvals and technical interface issues
- You will keep an eye on your daily tickets, manage processes via Zendesk and make sure nothing slips through the cracks
- You will occasionally be on trade fairs or customer appointments – travel volume is less than 5%
What we need from you:
- Experience in sales – you communicate confidently, are resilient and know how to exceed customer expectations
- Education : A commercial background is essential – you think analytically and make decisions based on figures
- Languages : You speak fluent German and have good English skills (at least B2-C1) for daily communication
- Work style : You work independently, think entrepreneurially and actively look for solutions instead of waiting for instructions
- Nice to have : Experience in the IT/tech industry or with system integrators or distributors
