The senior infrastructure engineer will be responsible for managing the company's core infrastructure across both on-premises and cloud environments (Azure & AWS). Based in Limassol, Cyprus, the engineer will ensure system stability, security, and performance, while also supporting business growth through scalable infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and a security-first mindset.

• Manage and support Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
• Administer and secure Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, WAF)
• Oversee Azure Active Directory configurations, including user roles and SSO
• Implement and manage SASE and VPN (site-to-site) solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN network infrastructure
• Configure and maintain internal and external DNS records
• Administer and support Linux servers, including performance tuning and service management
• Ensure reliable backup and disaster recovery procedures across platforms
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure on Azure and AWS, in line with best practices
• Manage on-premise servers, including SAN/NAS storage systems
• Administer firewalls and UTM appliances; enforce access policies and monitor threats
• Monitor infrastructure health using Zabbix, respond to alerts, and fine-tune performance
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate infrastructure documentation
• Collaborate with other departments (DevOps, Security, Compliance) on cross-functional tasks
• Lead and support infrastructure projects such as migrations, upgrades, and new rollouts

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and networking
• Strong experience with Office 365, Azure AD, Cloudflare, and Linux
• In-depth knowledge of networking (VLANs, routing, switching, Wi-Fi)
• Proficiency in managing cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
• Experience with firewalls, UTMs, and backup solutions
• Solid hands-on experience with Zabbix or similar monitoring platforms
• Strong documentation and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Linux) are a plus

Further info: Working hours are 08.30 – 17.30 Monday to Friday or as per the departmental flextime arrangement. The role is in Limassol, Cyprus. A competitive compensation package will be offered to the successful applicant which includes great benefits, etc. Working from home up to 2 times per week.
