Purpose of Role/Summary: The Performance Marketing Manager owns the end-to-end strategy, execution and optimization of all paid acquisition channels. Leads a specialized team and manage multimillion-dollar budgets. The role is critical in hitting aggressive CAC, ROAS and revenue targets, and scaling INGOT's footprint across web and mobile.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Develop and own quarterly and annual paid-media strategies across search, social, display and programmatic channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, Criteo, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, AdRoll, etc.)
- Allocate and reconcile monthly budgets to maximize ROI and meet aggressive growth targets
- Lead campaign setup, targeting, bidding and creative testing. Drive continuous A/B tests to improve conversion rates and lower CAC
- Partner with our CRO team to optimize landing pages, user funnels and on-site experiences
- Work closely with external creative agencies to develop and iterate high-impact ads
- Build and maintain dashboards that track CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and other core KPIs
- Present weekly and monthly performance reviews to executive leadership, highlighting wins, risks and action plans
- Troubleshoot tracking issues (UTMs, attribution, app-install measurement) in partnership with our dev team
- Any other duties relevant to the role
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in the FX industry
- Proven track record running large-scale paid campaigns across search, social and programmatic channels
- Strong analytical skills. Comfortable working with Google Analytics, Looker/Data Studio, BI tools, and Excel/SQL
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear recommendations
- Experience managing and mentoring a cross-functional marketing team
- Deep understanding of mobile-app acquisition (CPI, CPA, MAU growth)
