The Area IT Ops Enablement is part of the Tribe Resilience, IT Risk & Security and responsible for delivering the Global ServiceNow services to the IT Community within ING. We have 6 squads responsible for the ServiceNow modules, like ITSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC and SecOps(and related infrastructure). We are globally staffed over The Netherlands, Poland, India and Philippines.
We are looking for a Chapter Lead who is an experienced ServiceNow Engineer with people management skills. As a Chapter Lead, you will dedicate 50% of your time to this engineering role within a squad. The remaining 50% will be focused on enhancing expertise within your chapter, mentoring chapter members, and collaborating with peers to tackle challenges and improve overall performance. You will also co-create the Area vision and ensure effective resource allocation for squads.
Your chapter consists of approximately 8-10 Engineers, who have the focus on automation, simplification and standardization.
You will become the Chapter Lead of the Engineers reporting in the Dutch organization.
