Account Manager – Agency Partnerships (Singapore)

We're seeking an Agency Partnership Account Manager based in Singapore. You'll own and grow relationships with agency partners that are critical to expanding INFUSE's local presence and driving demand-led growth for our enterprise clients.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for managing agency relationships across Singapore.
  • Own the RFP process: ensure timely, compelling responses aligned with client and partner expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong agency connections through regular touchpoints—whether check-ins, coffee meetings, lunch or the occasional happy hour (with budget-wise discretion).
  • Stay attuned to agency shifts and opportunity signals—identify new needs, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.
  • Drive client retention and renewals for agency-linked accounts, working proactively to maintain momentum.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Director to advance renewal pipelines and escalate opportunities.
  • Partner with the GTM Strategist to coordinate agent-facing workshops, research-sharing sessions, and joint strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3- 5+ years experience in agency management, account leadership, or demand generation across B2B consultative environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in driving renewals, managing RFP cycles, and engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills, combined with commercial acumen in service-based partnerships.
  • A track record of success in client retention and agency-facing engagement.
