InfraServices Group Wireless LLC is seeking an experienced operations leader to join our Mission Critical Services team. As Director of Data Centers, you will lead large-scale deployments nationwide, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction. This high-impact role is central to advancing our mission of delivering reliable, high-quality data center solutions that keep businesses and communities connected.
The Director of Data Centers will not only oversee day-to-day operations but also shape strategic initiatives, guide high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement across all facets of delivery. Success in this role means upholding our core values, delivering on business objectives, and positioning InfraServices as the trusted partner of choice in the data center sector. The ideal candidate will be based in Northern Virginia or within commuting distance of our Blue Bell, Pennsylvania headquarters.
Carries out supervisory duties in accordance with the Company's objectives, policies, and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, planning, assigning, and directing work, interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing employee concerns, and partnering with Human Resources to resolve escalated employee matters.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited four-year college or university
Ten years of operations leadership in data center or mission-critical infrastructure
Proven ability to manage nationwide or multi-site operations and large technical teams
Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering high-value, high-stakes projects on time and within budget
Previous P&L or division level budget ownership
Strong understanding of SLA compliance and quality management
Experience building operational frameworks, SOPs, and best practices
Experience with cross-functional collaboration in sales, estimating, and project management
Experience negotiating and managing large vendor and subcontractor contracts
Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong knowledge of data center and critical infrastructure systems
Proficiency in project management software
Proficiency with and/or the ability to quickly learn the organization's ERP system
Working knowledge of OSHA standards, NFPA codes, and other regulatory frameworks
Proficiency with data analysis tools and dashboards for tracking KPIs and operational performance
Ability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and reliability
Exceptional leadership and team development skills with the ability to inspire and motivate large technical teams
Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
Strategic thinker with proven ability to align operations with broader business objectives
Highly analytical and results oriented, with the ability to drive operational performance and efficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executives, customers, and field teams
Problem-solving mindset with agility in dynamic, high-pressure environments
Experience with employee relations, team development, and performance management
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Company requirements
Ability to travel nationwide up to 50% of the time as required for project oversight and customer meetings
Ability to walk construction sites, data center facilities, including climbing stairs and navigating uneven surfaces
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally (e.g., documents, equipment samples, laptops, etc.)
Ability to sit and work at a computer workstation for extended periods (6–8 hours per day)
Comfortable working in varied environments, including office settings, outdoor job settings, and mission-critical facilities with strict safety protocols
May be required to work irregular or extended hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on business needs
