Sales Operations & Support Specialist
ISMG is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Support Specialist to play a pivotal role in empowering our high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), ensuring pipeline visibility and reliable forecasting.
- Track sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions to support proactive follow-up.
- Safeguard data integrity across accounts, contacts, and deal records.
Scheduling & Sales Coordination
- Manage complex calendars, schedule client calls, demos, and internal meetings.
- Anticipate and resolve conflicts while ensuring sales reps are fully prepared with relevant materials.
- Monitor upcoming client engagements to guarantee seamless execution.
Client Communication & Documentation
- Draft professional, client-ready emails, proposals, contracts, and other correspondence.
- Support creation, editing, and delivery of proposals, quotes, and agreements.
- Track proposal and contract progress, ensuring timely responses and client satisfaction.
Deal Processing & Sales Operations
- Process orders, contracts, and deal documentation while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Liaise with finance, operations, and legal to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and escalate issues proactively.
Reporting & Performance Metrics
- Produce accurate weekly and monthly sales performance dashboards.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue forecasts.
- Support leadership in forecasting and quarterly business reviews.
Sales Enablement & Resources
- Provide sales teams with the tools they need — pitch decks, brochures, case studies, and client-ready assets.
- Partner with marketing to customize or create collateral tailored to client needs.
- Maintain a well-organized library of sales resources for easy internal access.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the coordination hub between sales, marketing, legal, finance, and operations.
- Ensure follow-up on action items from sales and pipeline meetings.
- Contribute insights to optimize processes and enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years in sales support, sales operations, or administrative roles within a B2B environment.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred) and productivity tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and client engagement best practices.
- Familiarity with quoting tools, order processing, or contract workflows is a plus.
