This role is based in our Ha Phan Building office. The Role Sales Manager is responsible for revenue generation from new customers and existing customers. Sales Manager will be expected to source and close leads, to develop strategies to attract new customers, enter new markets and review new business revenue; revenue generation from existing and new customers by retaining and maintaining relationships, growing accounts and driving exhibitor attendance.
Key responsibilities include managing domestic sales activities in Vietnam and sales team's performance to meet regional and event targets, identifying clients' needs, maintaining relationships with senior clients, searching and evaluating new prospects, building up an exhibitor database, conducting market research, developing relationships with potential clients, maintaining good relationships with related Embassies and Associations, developing brand awareness and industry specific knowledge, coordinating with worldwide offices within network in managing exhibitions, coordinating with Operation Department and Marketing Department, analyzing the show's success and preparing reports, monitoring after-sales services, compiling and analyzing sales figures for regional sales report, maintaining accurate and timely customer information and notes within Salesforce, capturing and entering sales contract information into the CRM/invoicing system, being in charge of exhibitors' payment follow up with the support from an event executive, directly reporting to and assisting Senior Business Development Manager in various matters of sales and event management.
