Job Description

Join Our HR Team as a People Operations Assistant - Entry Level Opportunity!

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's working lives? We're looking for a People Operations Assistant who will be at the heart of supporting our employees through every stage of their journey with us. This isn't your typical administrative role - you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice that turns potentially stressful situations into positive experiences.

In this role, you'll be solving problems, answering questions, and ensuring our people feel supported and valued. Whether someone is starting their first day, celebrating a promotion, or navigating a life change, you'll be there to guide them through the process with care and expertise. You'll work with cutting-edge systems, collaborate with teams across the business, and see firsthand how your work contributes to creating an exceptional workplace culture.

The best part? We believe in growing our own talent. If you have the right attitude and core skills, we'll provide all the training and development you need to excel. No prior HR experience required - just bring your passion for helping others and your eagerness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to employees across all their workplace needs
  • Managing employee queries with speed, accuracy, and genuine care
  • Supporting key employee milestones from onboarding to career transitions
  • Working with innovative systems to streamline processes and improve experiences
  • Collaborating with teams to solve complex challenges and implement improvements
  • Contributing to projects that shape how we support our people

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • Full training provided - we'll teach you everything you need to know
  • Career development opportunities - grow your skills and advance your HR career
  • Supportive team environment - work alongside experienced professionals who want to see you succeed
  • Meaningful impact - see how your work directly improves people's working lives
  • Modern systems and tools - work with the latest technology to deliver great service

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • Genuine passion for customer service - you light up when helping others succeed
  • Meticulous attention to detail - accuracy matters when dealing with people's careers
  • Strong IT skills and adaptability - comfortable with technology and excited to learn new systems
  • Speed and efficiency - able to work at pace while maintaining quality
  • Drive for results and initiative - you think beyond the task to understand the bigger picture
  • Excellent communication skills - warm, professional, and clear in all interactions
  • Hunger to learn and grow - eager to develop new skills and take on challenges

Additional Information

What we offer in return:

  • Annual salary of $47,000 + up to 5% bonus
  • An excellent work/life balance with a fantastic, flexible working culture.
  • 15 days paid vacation
  • 10 paid sick days
  • 2 Paid floating holidays + paid day off for your birthday each year
  • 3 additional discretionary days off during the holiday season at the end of the year
  • 4 paid volunteering days each year
  • Up to 8 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Paid leave for significant life events; i.e. moving or wedding
  • Medical, vision, dental, and other voluntary benefits
  • 401(k) + employer match
  • Seasonal social and charitable events
  • What you should know:

    • We welcome applications from candidates at all career stages - if you have the right attitude and core skills, we'll provide the rest.
    • Location: We believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face. That's why we work in-person with each other, or with customers and partners, three days a week or more. When you're not spending time together in one of our offices or other workplaces – like at conference – you get the flexibility and support to work from home or remotely.
    • The successful candidate will be able to utilize our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of our office in Boca Raton, to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office locations to collaborate as required. There is an expectation for a minimum of 3 days per week in-person time.

    • You must have a right to reside and work in the United States.
