Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager – Events, you'll play a key role in executing campaign strategies, optimising touchpoints, and helping convert leads into paying attendees.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is confident managing multiple campaigns at once, and wants to see their work have a direct impact on commercial results.
Key Responsibilities

- Audience Targeting: Assist in building and refining audience lists, segments and personas to ensure the right messaging reaches the right people.
- Conversion-Focused Messaging: Write and deploy persuasive copy for emails, landing pages, and other touchpoints that encourage action.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on campaign performance, identifying optimisation opportunities across channels and tactics.
- Sales Enablement: Support the commercial team with sales collateral, talking points, and lead intelligence to help convert interest into sales.
- Content Repurposing: Work with internal teams to repurpose event content into promotional assets that build credibility and urgency.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with design, digital, and external partners to ensure campaign assets are delivered to spec and on time.
- Media Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with key media partners, securing contra deals, listings, and content placements to expand campaign reach and drive high-quality leads.
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule and publish organic and paid social media content to promote events, engage target audiences, and drive conversions. Monitor performance and feed insights into wider campaign optimisation.
