Job Description

This role is based in our 5 Howick Place, London office. As a Marketing Data Enablement Specialist, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining a robust marketing data infrastructure. Reporting to the Marketing Data Enablement Lead, you will focus on implementing tracking solutions, ensuring data governance, and enabling seamless integration across platforms. Your expertise will ensure marketing teams have access to accurate, reliable data to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tagging & Tracking Implementation: Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, data layers, and event tracking to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Data Governance & Compliance: Enforce privacy standards, including GDPR and CCPA compliance, and manage cookie consent frameworks.
  • Integration & Enablement: Facilitate seamless data flow across platforms such as GA4, Salesforce, Marketo, BigQuery, and paid media tools.
  • Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Audit and debug tracking setups to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Technical Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement tracking solutions for campaigns and website analytics.
  • Collaboration with Developers & IT Teams: Enhance tracking infrastructure and support new platform integrations.

  • Marketing Insights Team: Ensure tracking aligns with measurement and reporting needs.

  • Legal & Compliance Teams: Ensure tracking meets GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.
