- Drive Revenue Success: Deliver advertising and sponsorship revenue to meet ambitious targets while building your sales expertise
- Develop New Business: Identify and pursue exciting opportunities within designated accounts and emerging territories
- Create Client Solutions: Assist in developing custom advertising packages for media planners and agencies
- Build Professional Networks: Generate leads through strategic networking, research, and industry engagement
- Master Client Relations: Build lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients through exceptional service
- Support Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate on key client meetings, proposals, and high-impact presentations
- Research Market Opportunities: Identify potential clients and analyze market trends that drive business growth
- Contribute to Innovation: Share insights and ideas that enhance advertising offerings and client services

What we're looking for:
- Professional Foundation: 2-4 years sales, marketing, or customer service experience with growth mindset
- Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written skills with natural ability to build rapport quickly
- Goal-Driven Approach: Persistent, resilient attitude with determination to achieve and exceed targets
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and eagerness to master CRM platforms

What you should know:

- You must have the right to work and live in the US.
- Location: The successful candidate will be able to utilize our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of our Philadelphia or New York offices to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office location to collaborate as required. There is an expectation for a minimum of 3 days per week in-person time.
Interview process:
Once you have submitted your application, we may get in touch with you for an initial screening conversation or ask you to complete a short video interview to enable us to better understand your skills, experience, and motivation. Following this, you will be invited to attend a competency-based interview, either virtually or in person. Typically, we'd then finish the interview process with a final, 2nd stage interview before extending an offer to the successful applicant.
