What this role is all about
Our Solutions Engineer is a mediator between Infobip and customer deployers/development technical teams, providing accurate technical solutions and expertise. The role takes part in activities for Infobip's customers, product proposals, deployments, connectivity & integrations, implementations, solution design, and delivery. In order to deliver the desired business results, you will collaborate with the regional teams and serve as a project manager or assist the more experienced project leads.
You'll have the opportunity to learn about Infobip's products and solutions as well as our company's business processes. With your project management experience, you successfully perform project-related tasks and consult with Product Development teams, Solutions Engineers, our Solution Architect, and Solution Managers on assigned projects.
What you'll do
What makes you a strong fit
Minimum 2 to 4 years of strong, related experience that has developed your expertise in pre-sales, tech sales, system integrations, or similar roles.
Experience in a technical role in the Telecommunications industry, CPaaS/SaaS space.
Experience with Voice products is highly valued.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to clients, partners, and colleagues.
You have the ability to challenge the status quo.
You have an Engineering background and passion for IT and technology.
You can create, test, and validate APIs to ensure stable, scalable, and high‑quality integrations.
Proactive and creative approach to attend to clients' needs (even if sometimes they're not aware of those needs).
Able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence, and persistence.
Project management experience is a must.
Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 USD annual base salary (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset). This role is also eligible for quarterly discretionary bonus.
