What This Role Is All About
We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven Operations Specialist to support our global Customer Facing teams. In this role, you will help align our sales organization around a unified view of the business, improve operational rigor, and ensure our sales processes, systems, and reporting run smoothly. You will act as an expert user of Salesforce and other internal tools, driving process improvements, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.
This is an individual contributor role within our HQ/Regional structure and is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, continuous improvement, and working closely with Sales, Profitability, People Operations, Finance, and Legal.
What You Will Do
Sales Process & Operations Management
- Translate business needs into clear, scalable sales processes and maintain relevant documentation and playbooks.
- Lead internal projects focused on process implementation, optimization, and adoption across regions.
- Support internal campaigns, resolve system-related issues, and provide guidance on process/procedural questions.
- Promote the Operations department internally and contribute to major departmental projects.
- Partner closely with Sales, Profitability, People Operations, and Finance to enhance processes and improve customer journey alignment.
- Collaborate with leadership on planning cycles, account planning, and sales commission processes.
CRM Administration & Data Quality
- Monitor and support the end-to-end sales process, ensuring compliance, governance, and effective execution in Salesforce.
- Manage CRM operations including data updates, segmentation, lead assignment, opportunity management, and dashboards.
- Maintain high data quality standards, monitoring CRM accuracy and implementing continuous improvements.
- Identify gaps and drive improvements in tooling experience and compliance.
- Manage sales licenses, ensuring appropriate tracking and optimization.
Reporting, Analytics & Forecasting
- Own sales reporting, dashboards, and analytics across pipeline, performance metrics, forecasting, and trend insights.
- Produce ad-hoc analysis for products, regions, customers, and performance trends.
- Consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for Sales Management.
- Provide visibility into business performance at individual, team, and regional levels.
- Enhance reporting tools and processes to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Support leadership with KPI development, target setting, modelling, and incentive calculations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational alignment and customer-facing processes.
- Deliver timely support for questions related to tools, procedures, reporting, and system issues.
- Assist leadership and functional teams with insights, planning activities, and performance tracking.
Training, Enablement & Documentation
- Participate in onboarding and training initiatives for customer-facing teams and new Operations members.
- Support the effective utilization of customer-facing tools through training, feedback collection, and best-practice sharing.
- Maintain and update documentation, playbooks, and operational guidelines.
What Makes You A Strong Fit
- Previous experience (at least 2 years) on similar roles.
- Strong experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and sales operations tools as well as advanced usage of Excel.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, able to collaborate across teams and regions.
- Proactive, process-oriented, and comfortable leading initiatives end-to-end.
- Experience in forecasting, reporting, and pipeline analysis is highly preferred.
