Management Consultant Position

You have a background as a management consultant with at least 7 years of consulting experience from a reputable company – where you are passionate about supporting companies to realize their strategies and achieve their goals by unlocking human potential.

You have experience in program and project management of HR transformation with a focus on:

• Technical solutions (such as ERP/HCM platforms, best of breed solutions, AI/Gen AI solutions)
• Data & Analytics
• Process changes
• Organizational changes
• Change management in complex environments
• Realizing business results and securing the link between the transformation and business strategy and plan

You actively drive business development and sales based on relevant customer needs

• As a strategic partner to our customers, you identify the customer's challenges and together with colleagues develop customer-tailored solutions to their challenges
• You have a large network of professional relationships

You contribute to developing our delivery capacity and competence

• You actively develop relevant services and offerings
• You are curious about learning and actively spread your knowledge and experience to colleagues as well as customers

You have a master's degree in a relevant field that supports your expertise and are accustomed to working in both Swedish and English.
