I&C Operations Specialist

The I&C Operations Specialist has responsibility for the administration of processes and systems related to the effective and sustainable operations of the I&C function. This includes the development of reports for internal/external stakeholders, identification and implementation of technology and automation opportunities, system and process administration, budgeting, supporting the contracting third parties and project management that fall within the scope of the Integrity & Compliance operational remit.
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support the evolution and maturity of the I&C program
- Interface between Integrity & Compliance and third-party suppliers
- Assist in preparation for all external inquiries and audits and/or internal reviews of systems or processes
- Ensure timely execution or delivery of tasks (e.g., budget and financial management) and projects at the direction of the Head of I&C Operations
- Be able to handle all matters as confidential, demonstrate an ability to effectively and continuously prioritize, and identify new issues requiring attention in a risk-based manner and help drive resolution within and beyond scope of responsibility
- Assist the I&C organization to implement effective reporting and evolution of efficiency and automation opportunities
- Stay abreast of technological developments within the Company and best practices within the compliance field to recommend, plan and implement approved technologies to evolve the ICP
- Other responsibilities as may be assigned
Minimum qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree required
- At least five years of coordinator and project management experience
