DevOps Architect

Collaborate with architects in designing, implementing, and supporting Dev ops and cloud product releases and enhancements. Provide technical guidance on development team for collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Own the quality of Cloud and DevOps environment and establish the continuous improvement and automation. Lead the implementation and deployment of infrastructure solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements. Communicate clearly and efficiently. Define expectations for collaborating teams, hold them accountable for success and failure. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance and reliability. Act as a primary interface with internal customer across the Enterprise to ensure their business needs are met. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency.

Basic Requirements:

• Proficient in Linux and Windows operating systems, with the ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance.
• Solid understanding of how to configure, deploy, manage and maintain cloud applications.
• Experience with Version Control systems (Bitbucket, GitLab) and branching strategy, environment strategy, etc.
• Hand-on experience on handling the continuous integration, continuous testing and continuous delivery pipelines.
• CI / CD pipeline, setup and configuration-automation (monitor, build/deploy, automate, maintain and troubleshoot).
• Experience in maintaining the code security tool like SonarQube and Veracode to ensure code quality and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure best practices.
• Strong hands on experience with Containers and orchestration services like Docker & Kubernetes etc.
• Experience in configuring and effectively using Application, Infrastructure and Log monitoring, alerting tools such as Azure Monitor, Datadog, Grafana, ELK stack.
• Responsible for automation & system provisioning, metrics, monitoring, scalability and security.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to identify and resolve issues in cloud infrastructure, applications, and deployment pipelines.
• Ability to implement cloud cost optimization and allocation strategies.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and implement new tool & technologies.
• Take accountability to ensure adherence to security and compliance policies.
