Job Title: Data Analyst

Role Overview: We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze trends, build dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across business units.

Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Create interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI / Tableau.
• Perform data cleaning, exploration, and descriptive analytics.
• Interpret KPIs and provide insights that influence strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics initiatives.
• Perform A/B testing, customer segmentation, and root cause analysis.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in SQL, Excel, Python.
• Hands-on with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Understanding of statistical concepts, data visualization best practices.
• Experience working with relational databases, basic ETL knowledge.

Data Engineer

Job Title: Data Engineer

Role Overview: We are hiring a Data Engineer to architect, build, and maintain reliable and scalable data pipelines. You'll be instrumental in building a modern data infrastructure and ensuring smooth flow of data across systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data processing.
• Work with structured and unstructured data across multiple sources.
• Build and maintain data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts.
• Implement data validation, quality checks, and monitoring frameworks.
• Collaborate with analysts, scientists, and engineering teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong in SQL, Python or Scala.
• Hands-on with Apache Airflow, Kafka, Spark, or similar tools.
• Experience with AWS (Glue, Redshift, S3) or Azure/GCP equivalents.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD for data jobs.
