Under the motto "Payment-Solutions neu gedacht!", our partner, a leading company in the DACH region, develops innovative and individual POS software solutions - from self-check-cash registers, to click and collect systems, to exciting inhouse projects.

Currently, we are looking for an Employee IT Service Desk (m/w/d) for the internal IT infrastructure at the location in Düsseldorf.

Tasks

• Responsibility for defect management in the context of IT projects
• Support for internal system inquiries
• Consultation of users on technical questions
• Monitoring of IT systems to detect disruptions early
• Analysis of technical problems in the areas of software, hardware, and networks
• Maintenance of the knowledge database, manuals, and FAQ documents
• Administration of new and existing hardware

Qualification

• Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. as a specialist in IT) or a comparable qualification
• First experience in IT support, helpdesk or service desk
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows, MS Office, network technologies and ideally in the use of ITSM tools
• A high level of customer and service orientation as well as team capability
• A structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and English skills in speech and writing
