Warehouse Worker
Leeco Steel is a leading supplier of steel plate from the premier mills worldwide. Due to our continued growth we are seeking an additional Warehouse Worker for our Portage, IN location. Previous experience operating an overhead crane is preferred. This is a second shift position. Controls warehouse inventory by coordinating movement of steel from receiving to warehouse to shipping. Duties include receiving orders, loading and processing steel distribution, storing product by designating storage areas, preparing product for shipment, verifying product inventory reports, documenting actions, and monitoring inventory by completing counts as required. Skills/Qualifications include teamwork, coordination, organization, planning, time management, reporting skills, inventory control, documentation skills, data entry skills, dependability, and supervision.
