Team Member Position

Be a team member by collaborating with team members to fulfill sales and service requests. Educate other associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians. Communicate and develop interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.

Be an expert by demonstrating knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, and equipment operations. Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement.

Be an owner by communicating equipment, tools, and supplies needs to TBC Lead. Track and monitor returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, and work hands-on in the physical area. Maintain accurate inventory, audit safety and compliance standards, report TBC complaints, safety hazards, and problems with products, services, and work areas.

Be a talent ambassador by valuing the member's experience in the TBC area and modeling high-quality service and products. Develop, influence, and inspire others for working in a style that is respectful, supportive, and team-oriented. Understand the roadblocks and assist in training team members. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $26.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid state-issued driver's license. 18 years of age or older.
