This position is part of the IN 181st Intelligence Wing, Indiana National Guard under Position Description Number D1644P01. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and overseeing the activities of the intelligence unit, exercising supervisory personnel management responsibilities, and overseeing various unit activities and operations. The role also serves as the key advisor to the Wing Commander on all unit matters, including intelligence collection and dissemination processes, support requirements, and technical assets of associated intelligence-data gathering systems. The position is responsible for all fiscal operations of the unit, maintains mission readiness, and ensures unit compliance with directives as validated through the Inspector General, MAJCOMs and other reviewing agencies. The role also oversees all unit training of assigned/attached personnel, exercises overall management of the unit's information technology program, and manages the special compartmented information (SCI) program. The position performs other duties as assigned.

Education: Superior Qualifications and Special Needs Pay-setting Authority may be considered for this position. Contact the INNG HR Office for information about this policy. TAG is final approval authority for incentive programs (applicable to federal employees or those with a 90-day break in service). This must be approved prior to your appointment date.
