Required overnight availability. This role involves delivering excellent customer service and consistent execution of store operations. You will efficiently process freight, replenishment, and omni-channel operations. Responsibilities include receiving and processing product, replenishing the sales floor, engaging customers, executing product protection standards, and participating in the training process for new hires. All associate roles at Kohl's are responsible for acting with integrity, exercising good judgment, demonstrating a customer service mindset, supporting point of sale and customer service, meeting individual goals, accomplishing multiple tasks within timeframes, following company policies, and maintaining safety adherence.
