As a Sales Associate at Belle Tire, you do what it takes to keep life moving for our customers. You'll contribute to driving sales and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. We are looking for someone with a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers.

What You'll Do

Develop lasting customer relationships by understanding customers' needs and provide Belle Tire solutions according to their needs. Follow Belle Tire's Sales Process. Manage a cash drawer; process customer payments and maintain daily cash reconciliation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Customer-first mindset and ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a retail and/or automotive service environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds

Work Environment: This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting.
