The role of the Regional Sales Representative requires the ability to develop and execute a territory business plan to drive growth of Bennington Marine products. Keys to success are being able to maximize Bennington market share within an assigned territory by expanding share of wallet in existing dealers, expanding the dealer network, and cultivating under-performing dealers as required. Use data to proactively work with dealers and prospects to ensure Bennington Marine is properly represented in each market within the territory. Provide product recommendations, technical training, and boat show support as needed. Territories include: NC, PA, VA, WV.
