Provide engineering and project support to divisional Americold facilities. Drive labor improvement through engineered labor standards, performance incentive roll-out, cost benefit evaluations, work-flow analysis, asset utilization, and scheduling optimization. Validate and maintain time-studied standards. Calculate and implement performance incentives. Ensure Red Prairie Work Force Management is accurate and utilized on-site. Formally and informally train operations teams on labor management and the associated systems. Provide in-person and remote support. Evaluate and make recommendations for processing improvements. Evaluate material handling equipment requirements as needed. Keep abreast of the latest technology in warehousing and evaluate for applications. Develop project scopes, specifications and estimated as needed. Assist with improving productivity and reducing costs and create scheduling tools which accurately reflect work content of a site. Position requires a minimum of a bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent in industrial and systems engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field of study and a minimum of two years of experience in job offer, as a Project Lead, or performing similar job duties. Position requires approximately 40% travel to warehouse sites with the possibility of working remotely with occasional business travel. Work experience with JDA or Red Prairie WMS is preferred. Job located in Indianapolis, Indiana and any unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. $83,342 to $96,990/year. Proof of authorization to work permanently in U.S. is required if hired.
