Firmware Engineer

The Embedded Firmware Engineer is a detail-oriented team player responsible for designing and developing firmware for professional-grade audio amplifiers and related accessories. Strong communication skills are essential, as the position involves collaboration with both internal and external members of the engineering development team. Responsibilities also include maintaining thorough documentation, tracking revision changes, and resolving firmware-related issues and bugs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop firmware for professional-grade audio amplifiers and related accessories.
• Collaborate with internal and external members of the engineering development team.
• Maintain thorough documentation and track revision changes.
• Resolve firmware-related issues and bugs.

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in C/C++ development
• Expertise in STM 32 - ST microprocessors
• Strong problem-solving abilities

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with Linux
• Audio experience
• Knowledge of DSP

Work Environment:

Work closely with a team of 6 engineers. If commuting over 45 minutes, the option to work hybrid 2 days a week is available.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
