We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide response to customer requests for network support. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams while using Wireshark to analyze and troubleshoot issues.
Key Responsibilities:
This is onsite in Indianapolis 2-3/month and offering a direct hire salary of 85-100k.
