Windows 11 Upgrade Support

Adding two resources to help with an in place Windows 11 upgrade for ~1,700 devices. One of the individuals may have the opportunity to extend beyond to support the Muncie, Indiana location but that is not guaranteed.

Top skills:

• Windows 11 in place upgrade experience with SCCM
• Ability to add profiles to AD domains
• Incident management and general software troubleshooting experience

Skills: Desktop, SCCM, Windows, Windows 10, Support, Deployment

Additional skills and qualifications:

• Good customer service skills and ability to follow documented SOP's

Experience level: Intermediate level

Pay and benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
