Investigator Support Coordinator

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (Saturday shifts required several times per year)

Pay Rate: Starting at $22.00/hour

Duration: 1 year contract

About the Role

We are seeking a bilingual Investigator Support Coordinator to join our team and help advance healthcare by supporting investigative sites. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service, detail-oriented, and fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate lab results, flags, and test cancellations to investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates.
  • Resolve accession holds and update project teams on delays.
  • Maintain accurate database records and coordinate additional testing needs.
  • Respond to project-related inquiries via phone and email.
  • Track and report metrics, document service failures, and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients.
  • Ensure patient safety and advocate for investigator site needs during process changes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum 2 years of phone-based customer service experience.
  • Must be bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese.
  • Strong verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
