Position Brand Description: The position is responsible for working with Contract Manufacturer(s) (CM) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to support, supply, quality, and continuous process improvement of delivery devices, sub-assemblies, and components that are supplied to Lilly packaging and manufacturing sites. The Lead Engineer ensures that equipment is in-control, compliant, and capable of meeting customer needs, while also driving associated continuous improvement effort. Additionally, the Lead Engineer serves as the technical leader for the engineering team and leads project prioritization and strategic continuous improvement planning while also training and mentoring the CMO Process Engineers within their assigned scope of CMs.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $64,500 - $167,200. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees.
