Civil Site Development Engineer

This individual will work on the Site Engineering team with our client. They will independently engineer and design site development projects working in conjunction with Professional Engineers and CAD Designers.

Job Responsibilities (Design/Production & Construction/Contract Administration)

Design and Production Responsibilities:

• Site feasibility studies
• Site and environmental analysis
• Schematic design
• Engineering systems coordination
• Site cost analysis
• Site Design development
• Preparation of Site Construction documents
• Specification and materials research
• Document checking and coordination

Construction/Contract Administration Responsibilities:

• Bidding and contract negotiation
• Construction phase – office work
• Construction phase – site observation

PROJECTS

• High End Commercial Subdivisions (Bridgewater, Chatham Villages, Sagamore, Holiday Farms)
• Indiana International Airport Hotel
• Hospitals and Medical Office Buildings for IU Health, St. Vincent, St. Francis
• Purdue University, DePauw and Butler
• Commercial strip malls and retail buildings

Additional Skills & Qualifications

This person needs to be able to work independently to design site projects - there will be some assistance available, but this person needs to have experience with Site Development / Land Development projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
