Insight Global is hiring two Senior Authentication Engineers to support a major identity modernization initiative, transitioning from legacy Active Directory (AD) systems to Microsoft Entra ID for one of our financial service clients. These engineers will be instrumental in managing hybrid identity infrastructure, optimizing authentication flows, and supporting both workforce and customer-facing identity platforms. The environment is light on documentation, so candidates must be comfortable figuring things out independently and navigating ambiguity. While documentation is valued, deep technical skill and adaptability are prioritized.

Skills and requirements: Experience: 7+ years in IAM, 5+ years as AD Domain Admin, strong experience and knowledge with Entra ID (Azure AD). Migration Expertise: Has participated in migrations from AD-to-Entra ID transitions. Technical Skills: LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OIDC; PowerShell; Graph API; Azure AD Connect. Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in evolving environments. Preferred: SC-300 certification, experience with PingOne, RBAC/PBAC/ABAC models, and AI/ML tools in IT operations.
